Kolohe 'Iole Rattery began after developing an interest in the dog sport of Barn Hunt. When deciding to bring the sport to Hawaii, our first step was to find rats with the temperament to not only be easy for people to handle but to be able to participate in the sport without fear or stress. After finding the right breeder to import from we began heavily researching proper rat care for months before bringing the rats to the state. After the rats arrived it became a great passion to educate people on proper care of these amazing pets and to also be able to provide Hawaii with well bred, socialized, confident and friendly pets! Our does and babies are raised in Mililani on Oahu while the bucks are raised in Kailua on Oahu. We ship interisland through Aloha Air Cargo so are able to provide rats throughout the state of Hawaii.
